Pokémon TCG Staryu EXTREMELY RARE INK SPOT/ERROR 65/102. Blue and white Ink spot located next to the "resistance". I own multiple of this staryu card but only this one has this ink spot. One of a kind with this type of misprint. Stored in a protective plastic bag since acquiring this card over 20 years ago. Never used for any games or any other situations where wear and tear might occur. Stored in a climate controlled environment and out of sunlight as well as keeping out of other possible damage.
