This is an authentic and extremely rare Gucci Model 6600 Ladies Twist Dial Watch. The case swivels from the watch dial to the Gucci logo on the other side.

The case is polished stainless steel. The band is brown leather with gold tone tips bearing the Gucci name. And expands from 6 to 7 inches. It is in excellent condition showing only the slightest signs of wear.
