This is a hand-painted pattern in dark blue made at Worcester-and very rarely seen. It is referenced in the book by Branyan, French and Sandon on Worcester blue patterns as being very rare. In fact, when I first saw it I assumed it was from one of the Liverpool factories.
Unfortunately, it has a hairline, more obvious on the outside than on the inside. It looks great from the other side! A saucer in this pattern without a cup was in the Zorensky collection. The V&A has a teabowl. For those who collect only the rarest Worcester patterns, this teabowl is a must. I also have a teabowl and saucer in this pattern. Check my other user name laureate.
