Antique 18th Century Bilston Battersea Extremely Rare Egg Shape Box Collectible! Up for sale is an English 18th century George III Battersea Bilston egg shaped enamel pill, snuff or patch box.

The box is 2 1/4 inch high, and 1 3/4 inches wide. The box is robin's egg blue on the exterior with maroon flowers decorating the outside of the box. The piece is in fantastic condition. There are some teeny speckles done in the making in the enamel on the pointy end of the egg and the hinge is shockingly good shape given its age.
